Triple Chocolate Treasure

Ange from hegab-rehab mentioned a cake she had and I did a search for it .......
Looks yum !!!


Triple Chocolate Treasure Cake

Cake:
1 3/4 cup White sugar
1 3/4 cup Flour
2 tsp Baking soda
1 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Salt
5 squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
1 cup strong black coffee, lukewarm
3/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup oil
1 tsp vanilla

Filling:
6 squares white chocolate, chopped
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup whipping cream
Garnish:
whipped cream
2 squares bittersweet chocolate, melted

CAKE: Preheat oven to 350F. Combine all cake ingredients and beat on high for 2 minutes. Pour into a greased and floured 9" springform pan. Bake 45-50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cake will dip slightly in centre. Cool 10 minutes; remove sides of pan. Push the handle end of a wooden spoon into cake to make deep holes over entire surface of cake.

FILLING & GARNISH: Melt white chocolate and
butter with whipping cream over very low heat. Stir until smooth; cool slightly. Pour filling into holes in cake; cool. Garnish with whipped cream, melted chocolate drizzle and edible gold glitter, gold candies, candied flowers and mint leaves just before serving.
